Where I feel that the consensus view is flawed, or just plain wrong (as with calorie restriction and weight loss), I am not afraid to say so, but I try to defend my position with arguments that make sense and that the reader can easily investigate for him or herself. Hope that answers your question
It is told that lemon water helps with weight loss, but how effective is it? Not the detox diet, but just drinking lemon water throughout the day, how much weight could you possibly lose in a week? In a month? I am curious to know how effective it really is in losing weight.
The various lemon juice diets basically seem to be cleansing diets that require a 24-hour, lemon water detox. They include a range of low calorie eating plans but, as you know, I am not in favor of restricting calories as a way of losing weight. Besides, lemon water diets have not been medically verified as safe, so I wouldn’t recommend them.
But, to answer your question, just drinking lemon water, without applying the eating suggestions of these diet plans, would have no effect on weight one way or the other.

why. The answer is quite simple. You are overweight because you have been eating
the wrong food at the wrong time. Food itself is not
the enemy. The types of food and the time you eat them is what is causing the problem.

Wow, thanks! Because I am not a very experienced blogger I am not sure how best to advise you on this question. I would definitely recommend that you try and get a range of opinions from other bloggers and then go with whatever approach suits your situation best. Personally, I would encourage you to start blogging immediately and don’t worry about what your blog looks like. My instinct is to do things as simply as possible and only make changes when really necessary.
There are lots of theories about how to start blogging: Launch your blog with a minimum of 10 posts; buy the Thesis theme/Woo Themes/Elegant Themes; post 3/5/10 times a week; always post on the same days… But none of this matters as far as I can tell, especially in the beginning. And it won’t make any difference to the eventual popularity of your blog, only you can do that.
As you can see, I’m still using a free WordPress theme. What matters is that you make a start and that you write content that appeals to the audience that you have in mind. Pretty soon, you will start to get feedback from your readers, and that will guide you as to how to proceed. We all want to get things right. but don’t let perfectionism stop you from typing words on the screen and clicking “Publish.”
Try lots of things out, but don’t waste time on SEO or building backlinks. And don’t worry for one second about making mistakes – they’re a good way to learn.
